Returns & Refunds Policy
At Smart Living, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
Returns
You may return eligible items within 30 days of receiving your order for a refund or exchange.
To qualify for a return:
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition
- Items must include original packaging and tags where applicable
- Proof of purchase or order number is required
Certain items may not be eligible for return for hygiene or safety reasons unless faulty.
Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Under UK consumer law, you may be entitled to:

- A full or partial refund

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:
- The item is faulty
- The item arrived damaged
- The wrong item was sent
We recommend using a tracked delivery service, as we are not responsible for returns lost in transit.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund. Approved refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days back to your original payment method. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a faulty item.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect. If you would like an exchange, please contact us before returning the item.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items may not be eligible for return unless faulty:
- Used or washed items
- Personalised or custom-made products
- Hygiene-sensitive items
- Gift cards
- Clearance or final sale items
Order Cancellations
Orders may only be cancelled before dispatch. Once an order has been shipped, it must follow the standard return process.
